Happy almost TGIF!
I don’t know about you, but this week has been super busy, stressful, and overwhelming for me. I am definitely ready for a new one.
Some positive news is that I am ahead on my monthly mileage! Secretly, (not anymore) I want to attempt to run 1,000 miles in 2014. That might not seem like a lot to some people, but it is for me! There is something giddy-fun about counting up my total miles for the year. Someone please tell me they feel the same?
Also, my garlic is sprouting. Which sounds vaguely wrong, but literally, sprouting.
With March right around the corner, I wanted to share a free, 31 day, 100 moves per day March Madness Challenge!
Since some of you may not be ready for the full workout version of the March Madness Challenge, this free one has 100 reps (or 100 seconds) of different moves for every day of the month. It cycles through arms, legs, core, plyos, and cardio and can easily be added to your current workouts, or done in isolation if you’re making an effort to move more!

I’m Brooke Selb, a Personal Trainer and Health Coach specializing in helping busy moms and moms to be to easily juggle mom life with family friendly recipes, and easy exercise routines to help you achieve your fitness goals that fit in with your already busy life with sound nutritional advice.

I think running 1,000 miles is a great goal!!!! I hope you are able to accomplish it 🙂
Thanks for the free challenge! I think I am going to partake…I am already a day behind 😉
You can easily catch up! I bet your run 1,000 miles this year too….
Oh, no! You disappeared from my WordPress reader feed and I’ve missed so many posts! This workout calendar is awesome, though. I’m gonna join in (I’ll have to make up for yesterday), though I’ll probably skip a few days around races.
Sorry! I changed blog hosts and everything shifted. Try re-adding me!
