30 Day Goal Accountability

1 on 1 30 Day Goal Accountability via message.

You have a goal.

You have the steps you need to take to reach that goal.

You do not have the motivation to stick to those steps. There is no one asking you if you followed through on what you said you would do.

You thrive on having someone check in on your progress each day.

That is where Goal Accountability comes in.

After our initial 30 minute phone call to discuss your goals and your steps to get there, you will receive a daily message checking in on your progress.

Check ins occur Monday through Friday for one month via Messenger.

I'll be there to cheer you on as you succeed and help you plan better for tomorrow, you have a personal trainer and health coach right at your side to get you to your goals.
