These boot camps are designed to ensure you are getting a solid workout plan, focuses on your nutrition, and have accountability as you work to make changes to your health and fitness. This one week sneak peek into boot camp will allow to see how an online boot camp works and help you determine if online boot camps are a good fit for you. I want you to be comfortable with whatever health program you join before committing to a full five weeks.
This Finish Line Strong Training Camp Sneak Peek starts July 9 and goes until July 15. While some of the workouts are similar to what you will get in the full training camp program, they are not in the exact order. That way if you decide to join in on the full training camp you will not be bored by what you have already done for a week.
In the Finish Line Strong Training Camp Sneak Peek you will receive:
- One week of workouts from the Finish Line Strong Training Camp that includes two strength workouts, two interval runs, two core workouts, and one longer cardio workout. All workouts can be modified or advanced based on your needs.
- A week long nutrition focus
- Twice daily check ins with the Facebook Group
