Hello, hello!
It was a rather chilly morning around here as I drove to work. At least it was up from the -13 when I woke up! I was hoping to take a picture right at zero so I could quote a Ron White joke, but no luck. (Major points if you know what joke I’m talking about!)
I have to stop complaining though as I know this is nothing compared to my Minnesota family.
At least the gym is a good place to warm up and an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) style workout is a sweaty one! This one is based in planks, hence its name.
I am also including a pin-able image in case you want to save it to one of your boards.
I love this plank-based workout because not only does it challenge your core balance, but it also works your back, glutes, and hamstrings. It’s a lot of bang for your buck!
RQ: What is your favorite AMRAP workout? How do you stay warm when it’s this cold?

This looks awesome. Renegade rows are one of the hardest moves for me for some reason – I guess that means I should do more!!!
I try to stay in as much as possible when it is so cold – we have been in the teens and 20s this week and that is too cold for me!!!
