I honestly have no idea what happened to May. It feels like I blinked and here we are, only two days left. I’m not complaining though because June is full of some really exciting things!

June Calendar


Here is what’s coming up this month:

  • First ever Triathlon (this Sunday!)
  • Start of the Back to Basics Burn (there is still time to sign up!)
  • Last day of school
  • Blend
  • My birthday (28!)
  • Friend’s visiting us in Denver
  • New York for a family visit and my sister’s bridal shower/bachelorette party
  • Margot’s (my little sister) first 5k!
  • Track Banquet at a Rockie’s game

I told you it was a full month! Plus, there are tentative plans to see a movie on the rocks, host a boot camp in New York, go white water rafting, try paddle boarding, and run a race or two.

Of course, to keep things interesting, as if they aren’t already, I have a Full Body Fit 100 Challenge for you all. You can also check out last year’s June Ab Challenge for another option.

Full Body Fit 100 Challenge (June)

Just do 100 reps of the assigned move on the appointed day. The moves cycle through core, legs, arms, and plyometrics. You can do them all at once, or throughout the course of the day. Just click on the move to be taken to a youtube video of how to do it!
