For whatever reason, I’ve been crushing on 1,000 workouts.
I just love how they leave room to fit in all sorts of exercises that work all parts of the body and that you can do them in any order and denomination that you want. This means they keep things interesting. Unlike my smoothies, which are delicious, but becoming routine. (Fine with me!)
With my workout time being cut short with the added track responsibilities (are sick of hearing that as an excuse for everything lately?), I have to use my gym time wisely. These kids in blue keep me pretty busy.
This Arm Burner 1,000 workout was fast an efficient. My arms were sore for two days afterwards! A feeling I adore.

I did this workout by switching between a bicep and tricep move with some cardio moves thrown in when my arms couldn’t take it any more. It’s a great way to mix it up!
