With the weather getting nicer, and many of us suffering from cabin fever,  it’s time to get out and move!

This workout plan is 6 weeks of full body conditioning to help you reach your fitness goals.

Reasons why you should sign up:

  • The weather is warming up and bikini season is almost here!
  • To improve your overall fitness through strength, plyometrics, and core training.
  • If you have your sights set on completing a 5k this spring or summer.
  • If you need a change in, or some fresh air put into, your workouts.

Here is what you will get during the 6 week Burn:

  • Six days a week of workouts broken down as: 3 strength workouts, 1 plyometric workout, 1 core workout, and 1 cardio workout.
  • 5k Run Plan Add On. This is optional and includes 3 days a week of running (2 interval days, 1 easy run day)
  • A weekly clean eating (mostly) meal plan with 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner, 2 dessert, and 3 snack ideas
  • Beginner and Advanced modifications for almost every workout to make it more manageable and more challenging depending on what you need
  • Membership in a private Facebook group for motivation, encouragement, and accountability from other members of the burn
  • A Sunday email of the upcoming week’s workouts and meal plan (sent as a PDF)
  • Tracking sheet to monitor your progress
  • Six days a week of motivation, encouragement, and accountability from me (via Facebook)
  • Daily bonus challenges
  • Your own personal trainer (me!)

Items you will need:

  • timer/stopwatch
  • free weights
  • space to move, jump, twist, and lay down
  • mat, or soft place for floor moves
  • cardio machine, or a place to walk/run
