The summer William was born, I was terrified that I would not be able to handle having both a newborn and a toddler to entertain. I spent some serious time researching activities to do at home, outside, and in our community to ensure that Zoey’s curiosity and learning would continue while William needed the majority of the attention.
I actually ended up printing this list and putting it on my bulletin board. When I was at a loss for something to do with Zoey, or knew she had to get out of the house, I would pick something from the list and check it off. We managed to have a really busy summer and Zoey had a blast!
