Ingredients
1packageYakisoba Stir-Fry Noodles
2tbsp water, plus more as needed
1largecarrot
2dates, pitted and chopped
1/4cupslivered almonds
1/4cupcashew cream
1mediumapple, shredded*
1tsplemon juice**Add lemon juice to your shredded apple right after you shred it and toss to coat.
1/2avocado, cubed
Instructions
Puncture holes in one package of Yakisoba Stir-Fry Noodles and microwave for 1 minute.
Heat 2 tablespoons of water on medium heat in a fry pan.
Add shredded carrots to fry pan and saute until just soft, about 3-4 minutes.
Add more water as needed.
Add chopped dates and slivered almonds to carrots and heat 2-3 minutes.
Add Yakisoba Stir-Fry Noodles to fry pan and cook until just warm, about 2-3 minutes.
Add Yakisoba Stir-Fry Noodles seasoning packet and ½ cup cashew cream to fry pan and toss all together until coated.
