It is officially the first week of the school year here in Colorado and I cannot believe how fast the summer has gone! Even though I am still on maternity leave, the start of the school year always marks the beginning of fall for me. With Cross Country season, a few early trees changing color, and the night cooling down, the summer of running round the splash pads with Zoey and cuddling William all day is coming to end.
How did your summer treat you? Did you reach those health and fitness goals you set for yourself at the start of the season? If not, then fall is your next chance. The 4-week Fall Boot Camp full of workouts, diet help, and accountability is upon us!

What is Fall Boot Camp?
Fall Boot Camp is an online fitness and nutrition program that focuses on general strength and conditioning, weight loss, nutrition and diet improvement, and changing mindsets. The beauty of online boot camps means you can workout in your own home, or at the gym, at your own pace without anyone watching your every move. As a result, you can check in when you want and still have a group keeping you accountable. You have a Health Coach and personal trainer to answer any questions without having to pay the outrageous hourly rates.
Fall Boot Camp is set up with:
- Three days a week of strength conditioning to help you tone your muscles, burn more fat, and maximize your workout time.
- Three days a week of cardiovascular workouts that utilize interval training, HIIT workouts, and plyometrics to increase your cardiovascular calorie burn, increase your muscle responses, and improve your core stability and balance.
- Weekly nutrition focus to help you make sustainable action on your diet.
- A daily mindset question to help you focus on your goals, prepare for setbacks, overcome struggles, and celebrate your successes.
- Twice daily check ins with a secret Facebook Group to keep you accountable for your fitness and nutrition.
Who is Fall Boot Camp best for?
If you can answer YES to any of these questions, then this boot camp is just what you need!
- Do you have an unreached health or fitness goal?
- Have you spent any time in the past crash dieting just to have it not work out?
- Do you want to improve your energy, level out your moods, and have your clothes fit better?
- Do you need a change, or some fresh air, in your workouts?
- Are you more successful when you have someone (or a whole group) keeping you accountable?
How does Fall Boot Camp work?
Once you register for Fall Boot Camp, you will receive a confirmation email. On August 29, you will receive a month of workouts, access to the secret Facebook group, and your nutrition workbook.
As we move through the 4 weeks, you will have twice daily check ins via Facebook. The first check in will ask you a food or mindset question. The second check in will be specific to your workout, or intentional movement, for the day.
Not only do you have a personal trainer and health coach at your fingertips, but you also have an incredible community of women doing the same thing you are and more than willing to support and encourage you throughout boot camp.
All workouts are designed to be completed at home, or in a gym. It will help if you have free weights or bands if you decide to complete your workouts at home. Add in a stopwatch and a place to move around and you are good to go!
The strength workouts are also designed to be modified or advanced however you need, so you never have to feel like a move is too hard causing you to just skip it. There is always a way to modify it so you get the most out of your fitness time.
In addition to movement, each week of Fall Boot Camp will have a different nutrition focus. The goal of this is to set yourself up for healthy habits and changes over time. I do not want you to feel overwhelmed by everything you “should” do all at once as the purpose is to create sustainable habits. The nutrition focuses for Fall Boot Camp are:
- Week 1: Navigating Nutrition Labels
- Week 2: Prioritizing Breakfast (Even though the kids are back in school)
- Week 3: Rethink Your Drink
- Week 4: Balanced Dinners on a Budget
You will also be asked to hydrate appropriately for your body each day of boot camp. A vital part of proper body functioning!
What have other people said about these boot camps?
You can read more testimonials about working with me, and specifically these online boot camps, here.
Brooke’s Burn workout programs are top notch! I was introduced to the Burn programs thru a family member and they have truly changed my life. Brooke’s workouts are organized, easy to follow, well documented and clearly demonstrated. I like that I can work them into my schedule when it is convenient for me and the Facebook check ins keep me accountable and motivated to get it done. The workouts are super effective but don’t take too much time and the variety of the workouts keep things interesting and the body engaged. Her running add-on program has helped me become a faster and stronger runner. Since starting the Burns in January 2015 I have been able to tone and build muscle. I have lost weight and more importantly have lost inches! – Carolyn, PA
