Well if I thought last week was hectic, this week is shaping up to give last week a serious run for its money. It’s a good thing I prefer being busy and have my mother-in-law’s delicious Southwest Chicken Soup recipe already made for quick, healthy heat ups.
With limited time, workouts need to be quick and efficient this week. This Burpee Sandwich workout definitely fits that bill. You get a serious caloric burn while working your whole body.
Can you tell I had a little too much fun with picmonkey? Talk about a serious blogger procrastination tool.
When completing the v ups and criss cross, keep your core braced. Think belly button to your backbone to prevent your spine from curving in at your lower back.
Time yourself for a bonus sweat fest!

I’m not sure I’ve ever done that criss-cross move – definitely going to try it!! And, 10 rounds of that workout sound brutal – great way to push in a small amount of time for sure!
