Nature Box Delicious


Even though I had some delicious snacks to eat, I kept getting progressively more sore throughout day due to yesterday’s workout. Silly DOMS.

If you didn’t catch it on Instagram, I am sharing yesterday’s Three Move Butt Buster here. I did a variation on these moves for a fast and sweaty workout.

Three Move Butt Buster

Even though this workout only has three moves, you go quickly between them so you don’t get bored. The first few rounds from 10-7 are definitely tough, but then things just fly by!
