A post before ten pm from Brooke? Not possible.
Today is the LAST day of school for teachers (students left yesterday), and my principals are taking us out for dinner and bowling after work. Since I don’t know what shenanigans are in store, I wanted to get this workout to you now.
Tangent: Is this the cutest end of year note ever? That Vietnamese money is only worth about 5 cents, but I am sure one of the Vietnamese charged him a dollar.
Lately, I have been loving workouts that involve just a few moves. In fact, that is the whole premise of the Back to Basics Burn, which kicked off on Monday. No more than 6 moves per workout, with the idea of less being more.
This Two Move Gut Buster Workout, though only two moves, will have you sweaty in no time. Burpees and Prisoner Get Ups are my two favorite full body moves right now. I always feel them, always love to hate them, and always see results.
RQ: Do you prefer workouts with lots of moves, or just a few? Burpees and prisoner get ups: yay or nay?

OH – that workout looks brutal!! I would rather do 50 burpees than the prisoner get-ups – I’m horrible at them!!! I guess I should give this a try:)
I’m really crushing on prisoner get ups right now. Especially the turkish ones.
I honestly have no idea what prisoner get ups are. I like this idea though!
Prisoner get ups are when you start in a laying down position, on your back, and you stand up fully without using your hands for support. They are really tough, but a ton of fun!
