It was back to work today!
I think 3-day weekends should be a stable in everyone’s life every week. They are seriously so refreshing. There are some schools out there that work 10-hour days, 4 days a week and then have 3-day weekends. Not too shabby since most teachers work 10-hour days regardless.
As soon as I left work, I raced home to meet up with Rob for a spin on our new bikes.
The weather was amazing today and we were both itching to take advantage of it.
10 miles later, I dug into a handful of these. Is anyone else a fan?
There is snow on the forecast for tomorrow, but today was 64! Not having lived through a real winter in 5 years, I was a bit nervous moving to Denver, but I have to tell you that I am loving these spurts of gorgeous days between the cold and snowy ones. It’s the only way to do winter!

Today was one of those brutally cold days – 2 degrees this morning when I took the boys to school and about 7 when I ran all of my errands!!
Glad y’all had a nice day!
How do you stay positive when it’s that cold?
Yay for beautiful weather! Freezing here!!!
I always wonder about those 4-day weeks. They seem like a decent idea, but then I think about how often kids miss class because of sports and such already. It might be too hard to ever keep them caught up. I’m looking forward to another gorgeous weekend, too!
That’s a good point. They probably wouldn’t be able to catch up.
