Between family visits, wedding planning, and driving across the country, I was starting to feel pretty lethargic. I only ran a few times in Connecticut apart from the race on father’s day.
When Rob and I arrived in Minnesota, we decided we had to join a gym for the time we would be here. Anytime Fitness is right up the road and let us get a two week membership for only $25. We thought it was a deal.
Finally I am back to weekly workout recaps. (I know it’s Wednesday already, but better late than never?)
Monday – Off
Tuesday – 10:00 run (1 mile), Arm workout
Wednesday – 20:00 run (2.10 miles), 3-3 Total Body Circuit
Thursday – Cut throat badminton (3 games)
Friday – 10 miles of biking and walking combined around Minneapolis
Saturday – Off
Sunday – 30:00 jog (3.50 miles)
Slowly getting back into running and it feels good!
I saw this at Bed, Bath, and Beyond the other day, it’s cheating isn’t it?

I don’t know if it is cheating or not!
I could never do ab workouts on a stability ball!
Hope you are enjoying your work outs!!!
It feels so good to sweat hard again. I’ve missed it. I rarely use a stability, but this seemed strange to me.
Hi Brooke!!
I am getting ready to post my “Promo” blog post next week.
Email me at runlikeag@outlook.com if you would like to view “your section” before I post it 🙂 Thanks 🙂
That totally looks like cheating.
Yay for a weekly review 🙂 Better late than never.
BTW – I didn’t mean to insinuate that you didn’t provide a good workout challenge (ab challenge). What I do know is that I’m not an expert!!! 🙂
No hard feelings about the ab challenge. I don’t know all the most-common place lingo for the moves, so some of them I kind of made up. I am sure that didn’t help.
