Happy Wednesday!
Is anyone else completely turned around after having Monday off? I actually showed up to a meeting today that is actually scheduled for tomorrow. Oops.
I have a quick workout to share with you all today. With things being a bit hectic as the school year winds down and my super busy summer heats up, my workout time is minimal. But, like Kim reminded me, moving a little is better than not moving at all.
The 10 Minute Body Buster is a sweaty and fast plyometric workout that literally takes 10 minutes (warm up and cool down not included).
Here are some video links to a few of the moves:
Make sure you keep your core nice and tight throughout each move. Try to land as soft as possible and if you need a few seconds to catch your balance before repeating a move, take it.
You don’t need any equipment if you trade weighted jumping jacks for regular, which means you can do this anywhere. No excuses!

Those Mary Catherine lunges are my least favorite!!!
I love to hate them.
I agree with Kim! But lunges are lunges and they do good things! I would totally do something like showing up to a meeting the wrong day 🙂 I cannot believe tomorrow is Thursday already.
Thank goodness it is though. The kiddos are going bonkers. At the end of the year, I usually feel more like a babysitter/zookeeper/warden than a teacher.
