A few months back, I mentioned some updates I wanted to make to my blog. Some of those major updates are finally happening, so you will continue to see some changes over the next week or so while everything gets sorted out. Please bear with me!
Meanwhile, last week was one heck of a busy one for me.
Monday and Tuesday brought some very late work meetings.
Tuesday and Wednesday brought AM workouts so I could be free for track practice after school.
Pre-season for my school’s track team started a couple weeks ago and since I am assistant coaching. It has already been a huge time commitment and I’m a bit nervous about how I’ll be able to juggle everything.
Thursday, a student pulled the fire alarm during first hour and the school was out in -11 weather for 15 minutes. It took me quite a while to warm up after that!
Friday, the sun finally came out after some frigid temperatures (though not as bad as my family in Minnesota). I took advantage of the warmer weather and ran outside. The thought of another treadmill run was totally unmotivating. It felt glorious to run in a new-to-me area!
Now, Monday has already passed by and this week is shaping up to be just as hectic as last week! Thankfully, I get Friday off. Woot!
RQ: How was your past week? Do you change your workout times based on your daily schedule, or keep it to AM/PM no matter what?

You are definitely busy girl!!!!! I think it is awesome that you are adjusting your work outs to fit your schedule!!
It’s tough to switch it, but once I get through a few weeks, I am usually good. In Phoenix, I ran before school all the time, just have to get into the swing of it again.
