Thank goodness for today! I am feeling so much better than I was on Sunday.
My first observation out of three went very well. Just keeping my fingers crossed that the other two are the same in the next few weeks.
A solid few hours of NASM studying was accomplished.
The gym and I had some quality time testing out a new workout. The Break it Up Interval Workout.
If you’re following the 30-Day Full Body Challenge, this will give you 150 calf raises, 120 crunches, 90 quads/hams, 60 triceps, and 30 shoulders. Plus 2.75 in cardio distance before your warm up and cool down. I had sweat pouring off my nose after this one. Always the sign of a quality workout!

Glad that you have had a good 1st half of the week and are feeling better about things. That workout looks like a fun way to mix things up!!
Same here. I like being busy, but I don’t like being stressed. Big difference.
Yay for a good observation! I will need to try that workout! I need to mix things up at the gym during my lunch runs.
It’s fun and it’s a quick way to get some milage in, especially since you runch.
I’m trying to get ahead and start planning for the first week of December…let’s see it how goes! 🙂
Looks like you had a great observation! YAY!
Good luck getting ahead. I always try and then get distracted.
