While on vacation, if I get the chance/desire to work out, I want something I can do quickly and without equipment.
Since I am on a beach vacation until June 5, this Ten Minute Cardio workout is exactly what I need. No equipment necessary, it’s quick, and it is guaranteed to get your heart rate up. Perfect since I don’t plan to do much besides read in a beach chair.
This workout uses moves that have you up and down constantly throughout. (Hence the up, down arrows.)
I would say I’d do this on the beach, but I don’t know about completing these moves in a bikini. I mean, burpees without sports bra support? Ouch.

I tend to enjoy my vacations, but I’m planning a potential 2 week vacation in July. I may need to get some form of vacation in, no? Yikes.
Eh. I am all about enjoying vacations. That’s why they are vacations!
When we went on our honeymoon, I wanted to work out so bad…but for 7 days, I didn’t. We just enjoyed the area we were in. But we did LOTS of walking so I counted that as exercise!! 🙂 I think if we were to go on vacation now, we would definitely be working out!!!
Walking absolutely counts. I tend to lean towards laziness on vacation.
Ah. I guess being as small-chested as I am I don’t have to worry about that. Sports bra!? Who needs it! 😉
Have fun on VACA and your workout sounds like something you can fit in no matter where you are!
Lucky! There was a girl running on the beach in a bikini. There is no WAY I could do that (and I was totally jealous). I bet she saved a ton of space on packing.
