A few months back, I shared a quick workout that only used moves I was obsessing over at the time. Well, I have a few new moves that keep creeping their way into my workouts, so I thought I’d make a similar type of workout. If you want to give them a try, here is Obsession Confession #2:

Oh my goodness, that test question has me cracking up LOL! And I need to google your workout moves, they’re all so new to me!
It would be fun to make a whole test out of questions similar to that. Testing standards, but in a more engaging way. I might have to try it…
That test question is so funny. I would love to see the straight-A student’s face when he/she read that one. I have no doubt there would be a ton of people who raised their hands for clarification!!

The straight A students would freak out. Are you doing side planks as well? They are so hard for me!
Side planks are a killer. I need to do them more. I loved it when the yoga instructor made us do them. Tomorrow I will include those in my workout.
