Hi! I’m Brooke. Mom of 3 children under 5, former teacher, personal trainer, and health coach. I know exactly what it is like to want to lose weight, eat healthier, and move more, but the consistency and time to do it is frustrating.
When I was first trying to lose weight and eat healthier, I tried the same old cycle of starting a super restrictive diet on a Monday, eating minimal calories during the day, doing entirely too much cardio (hello 20+ mile runs every weekend), and then eating tons of junk food on weekends. This process would all start over the following Monday.
Not only did I have to learn how to cook so I was not just eating easy, not-so-healthy meals, but I had to learn how to move my body in sustainable ways that bring real results.
After that initial weight loss, I have used the same methods to lose weight, improve my health, and become even stronger and more fit after three children.
As a Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach, I coach and train women to have consistency in their health without sacrificing family time. You can have a healthier relationship with food and fitness that lets you feel confident in a swimsuit and is realistic even in the busy season of life.

1:1 Health Coaching & Personal Training is a 12 week commitment.
2×30 minute Zoom calls per month
During these calls, we will discuss your progress, setbacks, mindset, and make any changes to your fitness and nutrition plans.
Food Log Analysis
Evaluating your current nutrition will give us a clear picture of where you are now and what gaps need to be addressed.
Customized Workout Plan
Whether you are just starting on your fitness, looking to add tone, or aiming to maintain, you will receive a customized workout plan that is adjusted to your needs throughout the 12 weeks.
Practical Nutrition Plan
One of the reasons many diets do not work is because they are not practical to your real life. With a practical nutrition plan, we will work to improve your diet in sustainable and realistic ways for your current lifestyle.
Mindset Work
Working on your mindset is key to ditching the idea that discipline, laziness, self-control, and “sticking with it” are vital to your health success. We will tackle these mindset shifts together.
Daily Accountability
With daily check ins from me – your personal trainer and health coach – you will instantly be able to troubleshoot your day and make a plan for success for the next one.
