EMOM 15 – Two moves to complete every minute on the minute to get as much rest as you can.
Made Ya Sweat EMOM (NE) – Sounds easy, but will kick your booty!
Timed Countdown – An AMRAP style workout that your whole body will feel.
Switch Around 1,000 (NE) – An all over the place workout that will stave off the ho-hums.
Butt Back in Gear 1,000 – This is a butt-kicker if you’re looking to get back in shape.

20-Minute Boredom Fighter (NE) – An all over the place workout that will have you sweating in no time.
Basic Card Workout (NE) – Grab a deck and start flipping!
Mixed Bag Circuit (NE) – Repeat 6 moves 6 times for a sweat-tastic workout.
Hotel Room Workout (NE) – Get a solid workout in 10-20 minutes while on vacation.
