How much does the Group 14 Day Health Kickstart cost?
What is the Food Log Analysis and why would that help me?
Since the 14 Day Health Kickstart focuses predominately on your eating habits, submitting a food log will give you more insight into exactly where you can make the most changes to benefit your body. You will be required to submit a 3-4 day food log that documents everything you eat and drink (with a timestamp and hunger rating). From there, I will analyze your eating habits and pinpoint a few areas of concern and actionable steps to change them. We will discuss all of this on a 30 minute phone call during the 14 Day Health Kickstart.
You will have the added advantage of knowing exactly where you are doing well and where you are falling short with your nutrition, while having clear steps and realistic actions to help you change your eating habits.
The Food Log Analysis is an additional $25, making your 14 Day Health Kickstart total at $59. A small price to pay to start altering your nutrition and eating habits!
