Brooke’s Burn workout programs are top notch! I was introduced to the Burn programs thru a family member and they have truly changed my life. Brooke’s workouts are organized, easy to follow, well documented and clearly demonstrated. I like that I can work them into my schedule when it is convenient for me and the facebook check ins keep me accountable and motivated to get it done. The workouts are super effective but don’t take too much time and the variety of the workouts keep things interesting and the body engaged. Her running add-on program has helped me become a faster and stronger runner. Since starting the Burns in January 2015 I have been able to tone and build muscle. Working out with Brooke is the best workout decision I’ve made. She leaves no room for excuses. There are no workouts that are too hard because she shows you how to modify everything. And there is always a way to push yourself if you’re looking for more than just maintaining your weight. Brooke teaches you how to make realistic changes to your diet and exercise so that you can stick with it. And most importantly she teaches moderation. It’s not about depriving yourself but more about always being aware of what you put in your body. My favorite thing is having Brooke come up with the workouts so I don’t have to and she always has great ways suggestions to keep me focused on my eating and workouts. I have always worked out on a regular basis but grew accustomed to doing the same sorts of work outs each time (mainly cardio). Therefore, I began to get bored. This has really spiced up my workout regimen and challenged me to do things I never thought I was capable of. I am learning to do lifting and core exercises which I never really integrated into my prior workouts. I am already seeing a difference and realizing that my strength and endurance has improved.
