I am Brooke Selb and it is my goal to help you lose the weight and improve your eating habits in a sustainable and realistic way that fits your busy lifestyle.

I have worked as a Health Coach for the past three years and a personal trainer for the past five. As a personal trainer, I realized health was about so much more than the gym, but it is also about nutrition, mindset, and emotions. Being a Health Coach allows me to work with you as the whole person to create lasting change.

I am known as the Health Coach who asks the tough questions and makes clients face their realities to cut through their excuses in order to see faster progress and lasting results.

As a Health Coach, my goal is for you to see fitness and nutrition as an easy change to implement into your own life regardless of how busy your schedule and how strapped your time.

5 Day Health Challenge FreeA few facts about me:

1. I was a classroom teacher for 11 years and recently left the classroom to be home with our children and focus on Wrecking Routine.

2. My husband and I met teaching. We has classrooms next door to each other and would blush each time the students talked about the other one. Rob is my rock and my biggest supporter.

3. We have three young children. Zoey, age 5. William, age 3. Hazel, age 1. Three kids in three and a half years has been busy and also a badge of pride that we are making it work.

4. Rob and I lived and taught in Vietnam for a year. We wanted to do something out of the ordinary and we opted to teach abroad. We traveled extensively while there and talk about living and working abroad again frequently.

5. Running is my passion. I have run three marathons, countless half marathons, and endless 5/10k’s.

6. In the summer of 2017, Rob and I spent 6 weeks living and traveling the Northwest United States in our RV with a 1 year old. It was a fantastic trip and we cannot wait to do it again!
