The 14 Day Health Kickstart is designed to make your food health journey a little easier. Each day requires you to focus on 7 items surrounding food, movement, and hydration. Combining these habits into a two week focus will set you up with a healthy base allowing you to narrow in and focus on your main goal.
In addition, having an accountability group will keep you focused, offer you support, and be available to answer your questions.

The Group 14 Day Health Kickstart is only $39! Yes, this is a higher cost than if you were to purchase the Kickstart on your own, but you are getting the benefit of having a group to support you and a Health Coach with you every step of the way.
What is the Food Log Analysis and why would that help me?
Since the 14 Day Health Kickstart focuses predominately on your eating habits, submitting a food log will give you more insight into exactly where you can make the most changes to benefit your body. You will be required to submit a 3-4 day food log that documents everything you eat and drink (with a timestamp). From there, I will analyze your eating habits and pinpoint a few areas of concern and actionable steps to change them. We will discuss all of this on a 20 minute phone call before the Group 14 Day Health Kickstart begins.
You will have the added advantage of knowing exactly where you are doing well and where you are falling short with your nutrition, while having clear steps and realistic actions to help you change your eating habits.
The Food Log Analysis is an additional $25, making your 14 Day Health Kickstart total at $64. A small price to pay to start altering your nutrition and eating habits!
