I need your help!
One of the reasons I love working in the health and fitness industry is for the community. At the start line of a race, you feel like you are part of something bigger than yourself. At a group workout, you have others to motivate you. When cooking and eating with friends, you have a common interest.
So, why should working with a Health Coach be any different?
To test my theory, I am launching the beta version of Group Health Coaching. I need YOU to help me perfect it.
Why is Health Coaching something you could benefit from in the first place?
We are all trying to make or break a health habit, improve our energy, or lose a little weight. A Health Coach is the exact right person to help you get there. You have an expert right at your fingertips to instruct you on the best strategies, guide you on how to make changes, and lift you up when there are setbacks. A Health Coach gives you actionable steps, unwavering support, and mandatory accountability, so you are never left feeling lost, helpless, or like a failure.
Why Group Health Coaching?
When you have others around you working through similar struggles, concerns, and setbacks, it lets you know that you are not alone in your health journey. This can be infinitely powerful in realizing that everyone has to work on their health in some way and you are not alone. Additionally, Group Health Coaching provides that community support, encouragement, and motivation that I love so much. It gives you an instant group to want to do your best for.
What will Group Health Coaching include?
Health Coaching in itself requires you to be open and honest about your health habits. Through our 6 weeks together, we will dig deep into some things as you analyze your habits and why breaking them, or not, is so important to you and your future.
- We will analyze your eating habits and identify places to improve it.
- We will concentrate on your intentional movement and how you can get the most benefit from your limited time.
- We will focus on your goals and why you truly want this in your life.
Group Health Coaching also includes:
- Five days a week of a worksheet, prompt, or question
- A mandatory response to that worksheet, prompt, or question (often times in picture form)
- A weekly live Facebook chat. This means your group will gather together at the same time and have my undivided attention for 30 minutes once a week.
- A secret Facebook group
- Unlimited emails between you and I
How will we communicate?
Most of our work will be done through your group’s secret Facebook group. You will be required to participate in that group at least twice per day. If we do not hear from you during a day, I will email you privately to find out what is going on. Essentially, there is no way to ignore your health!
You will also be able to email me privately as needed. Yes, you are in a group for a reason, but sometimes there are issues that you may not want to share in a public space. This feature is also included in my one-on-one Health Coaching, but you get it at a fraction of the cost!
When and how do we start?
Groups are limited to 6 people. You can register for Group Health Coaching as an individual to be placed in a group; this is perfect for those who want a bit of anonymity in their groups to begin with. You can also register with a few friends who want to be in a group together. This is perfect if you have a few people who are working on the same goal, training for the same event, or just love to chat together!
Group Health Coaching starts April 17. This means, all groups need to be established by April 14 so we can introduce ourselves and establish our goals.
What is the catch?
Since you are helping me pilot Group Health Coaching, you get to break a habit, improve your energy, and lose a bit of weight at a 60% discount from one-on-one coaching prices if you register by Monday April 10. At $80 for six weeks, you are making a $13 per week commitment to your health. After April 10, the price moves up to $100 for the six weeks, so register early!
Click here, or the image to be taken to Paypal.
At the very end of our six weeks, I will ask for your feedback on the program so I can perfect it for the next group.
If you are interested in Health Coaching, but are not sure if the group setting is right for you, please take a look at my one-on-one services here.

Absolutely!
This is a great way to promote a healthy lifestyle and stick to it. I like the idea of people being held accountable by being engaged in a active FB group. Really great initiative!
Thank you! The FB engagement is a huge part of it to keep everyone accountable and to easily get out information.
That’s great. I feel you learn more when learning in a group.

Definitely! And makes you double accountable to a coach and to the rest of the group.
This is awesome girl! I’m such a huge fan of group training. I never used to be until maybe 7-8 years so but I love it. I find it helps with motivation, inspiration, you can help others and also GET help from others. It is also a great way to encourage others to join in with you on this life journey.
Have a fabulous weekend, lady. 🙂
It absolutely does help and provides more encouragement! That’s why I am such a fan!
I found it useful for this team and will continue to use it in our coaching practices with others.
This sounds like a great idea, good luck on this endeavour!
Thank you!
It is so true that when you work with others who are working on the same goals as you, you feel supported and feel like you’re not the only one going through it.
Exactly! That is my goal with group health coaching. To keep everyone motivated and supported.
Group health coaching sounds really interesting!
Thank you. I’m looking forward to it.
Wow this sounds like a great opportunity, I’m currently trying to get fitter and healthier. I’ve joined a weight loss group with a friend and you are so right about needing that help and support to keep you going on your journey!
